Each 1ml Naphiquine 10% contains 100mg of Norfloxacin

Naphiquine is the trade name of solution ready to use, it contains the antibiotic Norfloxacin to resist and to get rid of Mycoplasma and the infectious gram+ve and gram-ve bacteria
Indications
– Naphiquine is indicated for treatment of Mycoplasmosis that effect lung (Pneumonia), air sacs, heart, eyes (Ophthalmitis,Conjunctivitis), joints (Arthritis) and testicles
– Naphiquine is indicated for Gastrointestinal infections (as Bacterial diarrhea, Enteritis) and respiratory infections (as CRD, Bronchitis, Bronchopneumonia, Pneumonia, Sinusitis) that are caused by the sensitive bacteria to Norfloxacin (E.coli, Salmonella, Campylobacter, Pasteurella, Heamophilus) in cattle, sheep, goat and poultry
– Naphiquine is indicated for Omphalitis in poultry
– Naohiquine is indicated for treatment of Infectious Coryza in poultry
– Naphiquine aids in the treatment of Septicemia
Dosage
– Cattle,sheep,goat: 10mg\kg b.w in drinking water for 3 days
– Poultry: 0.5-1 ml\1 liter of drinking water for 3-5 days
Contraindications
– Not to be used in cases of hypersensitivity to Norfloxacin
– Not to be used in animals that have renal or hepatic insufficiency
Drug Interactions
– Avoid giving Naphiquine with Tetracyclines, Chloramphenicol, Macrolides and Lincosamides
Side Effects
– The drug may cause vomiting or diarrhea when used in high doses and for long period

– Meat Poultry: 12 days Calves,goats,sheep,swine: 8 days
– Egg: 3 days
