Each 100g of Coli-vit tylo powder contains:
1- Oxytetracycline (as HCL) 20g
2- Tylosine Tartarate 10g
3- Neomycin Sulfate 5g
4- Vit C 200mg
Product description
Coli-vit tylo is the trade name of a water soluble powder containing the antibiotics (Oxytetracycline,Tylosine Tartarate,Neomycin) and Vit C to resist and to get rid of Mycoplasma and the infectious gram+ve and gram-ve bacteria
Indications
– Coli-vit tylo is indicated in case of E.coli especially in poultry
– Coli-vit tylo is indicated for treatment of Mycoplasmosis that effect lung (Pneumonia), air sacs, heart, eyes (Ophthalmitis, Conjunctivitis), joints (Arthritis) and testicles
– Coli-vit tylo is indicated for the treatment of gastrointestinal tract infections (as Enteritis, Bacterial diarrhea) and respiratory tract infections (as CRD, Bronchitis, Bronchopneumonia, Pneumonia, Sinusitis) that are caused by the sensitive bacteria to Neomycine, Oxytetracycline & Tylosine Tartarate (E.coli ,Haemophilus , Klebsiella, Shigella, Yersinia, Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, Pasteurella, Clostridium, Coxiella burnetii, Chlamydia, Brucella, Avibacterium paragallinarum) in calves, lambs, kids and poultry
– Coli-vit tylo is indicated for treatment of Infectious Coryza in poultry
– Coli-vit tylo aids in the treatment of Septicemia in immature ruminant
– Coli-vit tylo is indicated for prevention of Secondary bacterial infections to viral infections
– Helps in treatment of stress conditions as animal transportation (shipping fever) and high temperature especially at summer
Dosage
– Calves,lambs,kids: 1g\10kg b.w for 3-5 days.
– Poultry: 1g\1 liter of water for 3-5 days
Contraindications
– Not to be used in cases of hypersensitivity to Neomycin, Oxytetracycline, Tylosin Tartarate and Vit C
– Not to be used in animals that have renal or hepatic insufficiency
– Not to be used in mature cattle or mature ruminant
– Contraindicated in horse, rabbit, and hamsters
– Contraindicated in birds that produce eggs
Drug Interactions
– Avoid giving Coli-vit tylo with solutions that contain Aluminum, Magnesium & Calcium
– Avoid giving Coli-vit tylo with Cephalosporins, Furosemide & Vit k
– Avoid giving Coli-vit tylo with Penicillins, Cephalosporins, Quinolones, Cycloserine, Lincomycin and Trimethoprim
Side Effects
– It may cause tooth discoloration
– It may cause kidney failure if it used for long period and at high doses
– It may cause anorexia
– It may cause diarrhea
