Each 100g of Coli-Cilline contains:
– Ampicillin Trihydrate 10g
– Colistine Sulfate 25,000,000 IU

Coli-Cilline is the trade name of a water soluble powder containing the antibiotics Ampicillin and
Colistin Sulfate to resist and to get rid of the infectious gram+ve and gram-ve bacteria
Indications
– Coli-Cilline is indicated for the treatment of gastrointestinal infections (as Bacterial diarrhea, Enteritis) and respiratory tract infections (as CRD, Bronchitis, Bronchopneumonia, Pneumonia, Sinusitis) that are caused by the sensitive bacteria to Ampicillin and Colistin Sulfate (E.coli, Salmonella, Pasteurella, Brucella, Campylobacter, Clostridium, Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, Proteus, Klebsiella, Serpulina hyodysenteriae) in calves, lambs, kids and poultry
– Coli-Cilline aids in the treatment of Septicemia in immature ruminant
– Coli-Cilline is indicated for prevention of Secondary bacterial infections to viral infections
Dosage
– Calves,Lambs.Kids: 1g\10 kg b.w in drinking water for 3-5 days.
– Poultry: 1g\2 liter in drinking water for 3-5 days
Contraindications
– Not to be used in cases of hypersensitivity to Ampicillin or Colistine Sulfate
– Not give that drug to any animal that have renal dysfunction
– Not to be used in mature cattle or mature ruminant
Drug Interactions
– Avoid giving Bara-Doxytine with Neuromascular agents
Side Effects
– The drug maybe neurotoxic & nephrotoxic at high doses and for long periods
