Each 1ml Diclodan 2.5% contains 25mg of Diclofenac Sodium
Product description
Diclodan 2,5% is the trade name of a sterile injectable solution, it contains Diclofenac Sodium (NSAID), which is a Phenyl Acetic Acid that has analgesic, Anti-rheumatic and Anti-pyretic action
Indications
– Used as a supportive treatment of acute and chronic inflammatory condition
– Used as a supportive treatment for treatment of acute painful conditions
– Used as a supportive treatment for treatment of high fever
– Can be given with other antibiotics as an adjuvant
Dosage
– 1ml\20 kg b.w. (IM injection)
Contraindications
– Not to be used in cases of hypersensitivity to Diclofenac Sodium
– Not to be used in pregnant animal
– Not to be used in animals that have hepatic or renal failure
– Not to be used in animals that produce milk for humans (withdrawal time: 7 days)
Drug Interactions
– Avoid giving Dicldan with Anti-Coagulants & Hypoglycemic drugs
Side Effects
– Hepatic and Renal failure when used at high doses and for long period

Withdrawal time
– Meat: 20-28 days – Milk: 7 days
